TROUBLESHOOTING

2.) After cleaning, all stains were not removed from my tub's surface

What a consumer thinks might be a stain, may not be.

If you see a black or greyish hue in the bottom, sides or radius: this is not a stain, but the cast iron showing through a worn, thin area of the porcelain/enamel.

If you see a yellow or reddish/orange color on your fiberglass surface, this is not a stain. It's the fiberglass backing showing through a worn, thin area of the fiberglass gelcoat.

Bath Brite cannot correct either of these problems. If none of the above applies, not enough dwell time was allowed for Step I and a second application with a 10-15 minute dwell time is neccessary.
