The finish will dull if acidic, alkaline or abrasive cleaners are used. Clean with dish liquid and a Scotch-Brite pad. Then apply 1 coat of Step III.

You may have a soap scum/body oil build-up on the surface. Clean with a little bit of Soft Scrub and a white Scotch-Brite Pad, rinse and then dry. If gloss is still not present, reapply 1-2 coats of Step III.
Correction
Go over the surface with a Scotch-Brite pad. Rinse, dry, and apply 1 coat of Step III with a clean, rinsed applicator pad.
